Baths feature Duravit deep soaking tubs and rain showers. Each apartment also features it’s own Washer and Dryer.
 
The Marc is located in the heart of historic Stuyvesant Heights, surrounded by the neighborhoods best dining, shopping and nightlife, including Saraghina’s. Tree House, Tepache, Sumner Café and Louvertore. Transportation access is plentiful with easy access to the C, A and J subway as well as the LIRR.
